The goal of the practice is to bring balance and harmony to the body, mind, and spirit. This is achieved through daily routine, diet, and five sense therapy. Ayurveda's main belief is that each being has its own unique constitution. Therefore your specific Ayurveda wellness plan should be uniquely individualized to you. I work with my clients one on one to develop a comprehensive plan to empower them to achieve their health and wellness goals.
